Walt Disney World Resort is just outside of Orlando, Florida next to Buena
Vista lake. The property is huge, with several distinct theme parks and
attractions all bound in the 'world' title. Unfortunately, the pricing structure
is quite complex with a wide array of tickets and prices, which is where a
guide book
can be quite handy!
The resort consists of some on-site hotels so if you are planning on spending a lot of time at Disney World, staying on site would help maximise the time you have to spend there.

Disney has to be one of the world's best known and loved brands and so this park is undoubtedly aimed towards children. There's enough here to keep grown-ups happy and there is so much to see and do for children. Plan to spend plenty of time here if you want to work through everything Disney World has to offer.
Top Tip! We bought a pair of Orlando FlexTicket's from 365 Tickets and found them to be great value, especially as you can use them as often as you like. We would recommend you buy all your part tickets, the Orlando FlexTicket or the Orlando FlexTicket Plus from a company such as 365 Tickets a few weeks before you fly. You'll save time, hassle and money.
Several places sold park tickets on International Drive although the prices of these, whilst better than direct from the theme parks, were significantly more expensive than pre-booking on the Internet.
