The Sunshine website has to be one of the easiest travel websites to use. It's easy to navigate and easy to put together a tailored package of flights, hotels and transfers that suit you. There are no hidden fees ready to surprise you when you are ready to hand over your credit card details, unlike some of the major travel operators.

Making a Booking

When we went through the booking process, the price was clearly displayed for various options throughout.

Once we had booked, printable invoices were available from within a member's area. Our e-tickets were also available there which we had to print and present to the check-in staff at Virgin Atlantic (flights) as well as at each hotel.

A handy carry wallet was posted out to us with some luggage tags.

Customer Service

A few days before we took off we were sent an email to remind us (like we needed reminding!) we were going on holiday. We also had an unexpected email when we returned back to Britain just making sure everything was okay with our holiday.

Overall, the booking process was very slick. We had no problems whatsoever booking nor did we incur any problems with e-tickets. We would have no qualms over booking through Sunshine for any future holiday, regardless of destination.
