The Lynx bus network covers Orlando making it very easy to travel around. We used the I-Ride Trolley Bus as our main transportation in and around International Drive. We wanted to visit M&M's World in Florida Mall and so turned to the Lynx service as the I-Ride didn't cover this.
We caught the number 42 bus North which took around 20-30 minutes to get to Florida Mall. We had to wait around 10 minutes to catch the bus to the Mall and back again. Plenty of Lynx buses travel I-Drive so the average wait time is likely to be low.
The cost was $1.75 per person each way. This is a flat rate on the Lynx buses regardless of distance travelled. This was quite a shock - around £0.90 to travel around 5 miles. In Britain, £0.90 wouldn't get you to the next stop on most bus services!
Lynx cover a wide area and also provide a connection between International Drive (SeaWorld) and Disney World's Magic Kingdom. Service 50 covers this.

Our outbound bus was air conditioned and equipped with comfy seats and a few TV screens dotted around the interior. The return leg didn't have the TV screens but was comfortable nevertheless.
Most buses in Orlando are wheelchair friendly with electonic wheelchair lifts. We only came across one bus in the entire week which did not have this.
To stop the bus, there's a cord that runs along each side of the bus. Pull on this to request a stop at the next bus stop.
Several stops prompted audio calls inside the bus informing you of which other buses stop there (so you can transfer onto that service) as well as the general location.
